The Haven - TX
Bar Services includes a certified TABC Bartender. Bartender will provide bar tools (wine opener, cutting board and knife, shot glass, ice scoop, can to mix drinks, botte opener, disposable stirrers, white cocktail napkins). Bartender is responsible for mixing and serving drinks. They provide service only. Arrival time is thirty minutes prior to start time. They will assist with setup of bar, if needed, and will keep bar stocked and clean during event. They will clean up bar area and pack up remaining alcohol prior to leaving. (Does not include loading or unloading alcohol to vehicle or from other areas. All items for bar should be at the designated bar area. Hours are based on times needed. Tips are not included and are not required however a tip jar may be put out or client may choose to tip them directly or by adding tip to this invoice. Minimum hours are three and a half hours.
When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 60 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
