Jane Rae Events
- $175/Hour
- Total Number of Hours will Depend on Extent of Design & Rentals
- Minimum of 2 Hours for Design Set Up Hours
- AddingTeam Member will be an additional $50/Hour & will
be up to the discretion of Planner; $225/Hour
- Hanging Installation Fees: Extra fees may apply for hanging pieces*
*If design calls for a larger design set up team, the per hour price will increase. Decision will be made by the planner & reviewed with client.*
*Setup does NOT include:
- Setup of catering items (such as plates, goblets, flatware, pitchers, etc.)
- Suspending items above 12ft in height
- Lighting of candles
*Setup does include:
- Items rented and purchased through Jane Rae Events (excluding catering items but including specialty glasses for head table + charger plates)
- Specialty items provided to us by the couple such as guest book items, photos, and other small accessories
When Jane Rae Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
