Description

The following are personal décor items that are acceptable to bring in for your event if you decide not to rent them from Aquatopia. These personal items will be set up by the floral & decor team before your event and taken down for you to pick up at a pre-determined date. Any other personal items brought in by the couple will be subject to a service fee for setup and tear down and should be discussed with the floral & decor team prior to your event.

Stationery, Frames, Easels, Neon Signs, Guest Book, Card Box, Personal Photos, Memorial Objects, Guest Favours, Custom Bar Napkins, Basket for Flower Petals, and Wagons for Down the Aisle.

Due to our limited shelf space, we ask that if you'd like to bring in personal framed photographs, you keep it to a maximum of 20.

The following items are not allowed to be brought in as personal decor for your event:

Live florals, greenery or branches
Faux florals or greenery
Candles of any kind

Payment Policy

When Aquatopia Conservatory approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
