Description

This fee is non-refundable.

This applies to all of the items in the contract. If the items are damaged accidentally, the damage insurance covers it. But it is not covered if it is damaged due to neglect, abuse or misuse. Please read the Terms and Conditions to learn more.

Payment Policy

When Vision Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 4 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
