This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from The Ultimate Party & Rental Store's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

This package includes:
2 to 4 Decorators
Up to 3hrs of Setup (additional hours are $70+tax per hour per person)
Delivery of our rentals to your venue*
(if venue is outside our 30km, contact us with the exact address, additional kilometer fees will apply)
Setup for 100 guests and under
(if your guest count is over 100, add $5+tax per additional guest.)
Room design assistance, including a personal floor plan design
Unlimited Free Consultations & Email Communication
Access to our Preferred Vendor List
Decor placement & Detail Assistance in setting up tables, chairs and other larger equipment that maybe supplied by your venue *Doesn’t include rentals or furniture from other companies.
Proper etiquette for tableware placement (if applicable)
Steaming of linens (if applicable or if time is allowed)
Site Visit (Included if Venue is within 30km, if venue is further additional fees would apply)
Setup must include a minimum of $500+tax of our own equipment *New For 2025

**Setups over 35km away will required accommodations for our staff.
**We don't store or deliver your personal decor.

Payment Policy

When The Ultimate Party & Rental Store approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
