All Content, Media, Pictures, And Presentations must be in Our office no Later than 48 Hours Before Show. Any changes to show content already loaded in Show Computer, May or May not happen on day of Show, and is at the discresion of the Video Tech. Please Review Formats Needed.

We use Pro Presenter with NDI to route Audience, and Confidence Monitor Views. Powerpoint does support next slide monitoring, All presentations are converted to run within pro presenter. If using Powerpoint is a must let your sales person know so we can plan accordingly.

Embedded video files must be in a separate file with your presentation. this files will not convert for Powerpoint.

Payment Policy

When Indy Pavilion LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
