Description

Partial Planning ideally starts more than 6 months out, but less than a year out. Most partial planning clients come to us with their design in mind, have booked 2-3 of their vendors, but are wanting more help to execute the planning stages than a standard day-of coordination package.

Lead Planner/Coordinator for:
- up to 10 hours for vendor meetings + consultations, to use at your discretion
- up to 2 hours for a 9 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 6 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 3 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 1 month out (venue walkthrough) meeting
- up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Assistant Coordinator for:
- up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Payment Policy

When Your Best Guest approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
