Description

This Delivery/Service Fee includes the delivery and pickup of the above items. For our crew to set up properly, we require a room diagram/ layout clearly indicating the placement of our rental items.

On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals will do its best to accommodate Client's delivery requests; however, delays and/or changes in schedule are sometimes unavoidable. On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals only provides an approximate arrival time for delivery and set up and does not guarantee the requested or stated arrival time. The end goal is to be ready by the event start time stated on the contract. In the event there is a change in the scheduled delivery and/or breakdown, both parties agree to communicate said changes. If the Client wants a guaranteed narrowed window of time of delivery (guaranteed to arrive within 30 minutes of the client’s specified time), the fee to do so is $150 and up (exact amount will depend on what time or amount of time needed and what is being delivered/setup).

Delivery and/or pickup times will not be finalized till the week of your event.

Early Morning Set Up and Late Night Breakdown Fees: On the Move Wedding & Event Rentals has regular delivery hours from 10am to 10pm. Any event that requires a Set Up prior to 10am will incur an "Early Morning Set Up" fee. Any event that requires a Breakdown after 10pm will incur a “Late Night Breakdown" fee. The price will vary depending upon the set up/breakdown times and number of crew members needed for your set up/breakdown.

Payment Policy

When On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
